In light of the impact of the earthquake, the Contest Secretariat will implement the following measures for applicants and other relevant parties residing in Kumamoto Prefecture and other affected areas.
If the earthquake has made it difficult for you to prepare the required documents or submit your application materials by the current deadline of Friday, July 31, 2026, we will provide individual arrangements, including deadline extensions and the acceptance of late submissions.
If you reside in an affected area or have been directly impacted by the earthquake, please do not hesitate to contact the Contest Secretariat using the information below.
We will make every effort to conduct the screening process in a flexible manner, taking into full consideration the circumstances in the affected areas.
If there are any changes to the screening schedule or the announcement of results, we will notify affected applicants individually and provide updates promptly on our website.
